Oz Ezzeldin
Oz Ezzeldin,
is a {Northern African / American} Currently residing in the West Coast. He embarked on a journey of self-directed jazz study and began a rapid rise to excellence, His versatility makes him an especially valuable addition to a new generation of jazz virtuosos.
Oz's passion of Music and Jazz brought him to the USA at the age of 20.
Since his arrival to New York in 2000, Oz's prodigious abilities at the Piano, Writing for Jazz Ensembles, Chamber Orchestra, Movie Scores, Jazz Fusion, R&B, Afro-Cuban, and Arranging, brought him to the attention of the professional Jazz scene in the USA and Worldwide.
At the age of 29 Oz received a full Scholarship to attend Berklee College Of Music with the highest Honors from Berklee's evaluation team & faculty members: drummer Terri Lyne Carrington, piano great Ray Santisi. Oz was granted The Great John McLaughlin's name to use as a REFERENCE as an appreciation and recognition from Great John McLaughlin!
Oz has collaborated on Workshops/Teaching Sessions at U.C Berkeley and California Jazz Conservatory and Berklee College Of Music.
